The Better Organisation Consultancy was established in 2020 in response to the many management challenges and leadership failures in the non-profit and social impact sectors that have come to light over the past few years. Having worked within the sector for close to 20 years, at The Better Org we recognise that mission-driven and purpose-led organisations operate with particular challenges which can often stand in the way of actualising well intentioned commitments to organisational development and improvement.
Our practice is context driven and evidenced based, utilising cutting edge data, research and insights from the fields of behavioural science, organisational psychology, and management science to help organisations navigate these challenges and make the necessary changes to improve their culture and work for the better.
Collectively we have substantive experience of working in the non-profit and social impact space, with both start-ups and mature organisations located across Africa, Europe, North America and Asia.
We offer a service that is context and culture driven. Talk to us today about how we can support your organisation in building your capability and capacity for learning and growth.
